Sepia Software is a founder-led studio shipping blockchain and AI-augmented MVPs for ambitious founders.

We're the rebrand of Serpa Software LLC, founded in May 2022. Through 2022-2024 we delivered around 30 product builds — mostly blockchain MVPs — via Upwork. We then took 2025 off the market to retool around AI-augmented delivery. We're back in 2026 as Sepia Software with a tighter focus and a faster stack: small senior team, AI-first tooling, 30 days to a real MVP.

Why we built this

We've watched roughly 30 products go from idea to MVP since 2022. A smaller number made it into production. The pattern wasn't budget or team size — it was how tight the loop was between the founder and the people building.

Sepia is the studio we wish we'd had access to back then: a senior team on every project, AI-augmented delivery so 30 days is realistic, and a small number of founder partnerships per quarter so we stay in that loop with each one.
